„Women in Leadership“ program consists of experiential workshop, interactive discussion, group work, individual work, self-reflection, feedback, international and intercultural transfer of knowledge and experience and individual coaching session. Active participation, self-reflection as female leader and consistent implementation are essential for participants to be able to effectively and successfully manage the process of self-leadership. We offer participants the opportunity to interact and develop in small groups and provide a platform for discussion and experience transfer.
